About the Role
Key Account Partner - Domain – under a Sales Leader, you own a portfolio of top‑tier real estate agencies in the Brisbane region, acting as an extension of their teams. Consultative solution selling is key to embedding Domain as a partner.
Responsibilities include:
* Build long‑term relationships with key clients.
* Drive revenue and product adoption, increasing brand loyalty.
* Oversee the full sales cycle from meetings to contract execution and reporting.
* Present Domain insights and support client events.
* Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.
* Maintain relationships, introduce new products, and resolve client queries.
Typical Day
* Get to know clients’ businesses through close collaboration.
* Improve outcomes by solution‑selling across Domain’s portfolio.
* Present insights to stakeholders and attend sales meetings.
* Strategise growth initiatives and maintain relationships.
* Resolve client queries and provide feedback on market conditions.
* Develop industry expertise in residential real estate tech solutions.
Essentials
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts.
* Experience crafting custom product solutions.
* Ability to negotiate complex deals and handle objections.
* Confidence in public speaking and presenting to decision makers.
* Strong communication of ROI and business impact.
* Ability to drive and meet clients across the Brisbane region.
Nice to Haves
* Experience selling to enterprise customers.
* Certifications or experience in SaaS, digital media, or real estate.
* Business, marketing, or commerce degree.
* Notable sales achievements in these sectors.
