The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workforce services to the hospital group, with a focus on Junior Medical Officer (JMO) recruitment, selection, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, rostering, leave management, and providing advice on HR-related policy, awards, agreements, practice, and legislation.
