They are committed to trauma-informed practice, with a strong focus on providing structure, routine, and meaningful relationship building in the classroom. With new leadership in place, this is an exciting time to join a school focused on growth and long-term workforce planning.
The Primary teaching role:
* Full-time Primary teaching positions commencing Term 1, 2026
* Roles available across Years 1/2, 3/4, and 5/6
* A focus on trauma-informed practice and relational teaching
* Sponsorship opportunities available for international teachers
* Strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy development, with teachers expected to support and prepare students for NAPLAN assessments
* Supportive leadership team and strong professional development pathways
Primary school will require a teacher who will:
* Provide two recent teaching references (including from a Principal and Deputy Principal)
* Current teaching registration, or eligibility to register in Victoria
* Commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive school environment
* Understanding of NAPLAN standards and ability to support student progress in literacy and numeracy
* Availability to participate in video interviews (commencing soon)
