**About The Company**:
Our client is a professional and experienced building company that offers kitchen and bathroom renovations, building repairs as well as maintenance services across the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. **About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to manage administrative functions and activities to ensure the smooth operation of the ongoing projects, working closely with the director, insurance builders, suppliers and other team members. You will play a crucial role in keeping the jobs running smoothly and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Reporting directly to the** Director** some of your responsibilities will include:

- Initiate and process work orders.
- Collaborate with insurance builders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Provide support for estimating, invoicing, and billing activities.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Assist with managing projects by coordinating activities and resources.
- Facilitate customer selections to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials by working with suppliers.
- Record and track work orders to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

**About You**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar job preferably in the construction industry
- Computer literacy skills and ideally familiar with AroFlow, Prime Ecosytem and Hubdoc
- Efficient Time Management Skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A resilient personality and ability to manage sub contractors
