This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise across HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR and compliance across the business, ensuring best practice, risk mitigation, and a positive workplace culture.

The Position
In the role of a HR & Compliance Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Leading end-to-end HR operations, policies, and procedures
* Managing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Ensuring full Fair Work, Award, and legislative compliance
* Overseeing contracts, remuneration structures, and compliance frameworks
* Supporting leaders with people strategy, workforce planning, and culture
* Managing onboarding, training compliance, and ongoing staff development
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR and compliance matters
* Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
The Person
* Proven experience in a senior HR & Compliance role within the real estate industry
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work, Awards, and real estate-specific compliance
* Demonstrated ability to confidently manage complex employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
* Experience supporting high-performing sales and property management teams in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
* Hands-on experience with contracts, remuneration structures, commissions, and incentive-based pay models
* Ability to act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior leadership
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to risk management and compliance
