We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Insights Analyst to join our Advertising Insights team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our sales and go-to-market efforts by delivering actionable insights into our customers, products, and the broader media landscape.
Partnering with Foxtel Media, our innovative advertising arm of the Foxtel Group, you will utilise your skills and knowledge of the media landscape to help shape strategies, inform decisions, and tell compelling stories through data.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver insights that support sales and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends.
* Analyse complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are integrated into broader business strategies.
* Leverage audience research tools (e.g., Nielsen CMV) to provide a deeper understanding of audience behaviors and preferences.
* Design and build reports / dashboards to effectively communicate insights.
* Contribute to the continual development and improvement of the insights roadmap.
* Create clear, visually engaging, and impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with trends in the media landscape, ensuring insights are relevant and forward-thinking.
Your Experience And Capability
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Media, Advertising, Consulting, or Sales Operations.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling ability – you know how to turn data into a narrative.
* Solid understanding of the media landscape – its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
* Familiarity with audience research tools such as Nielsen CMV, Canter
* Tableau / Looker Studio experience highly desirable
* A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
* Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industries – we believe knowing the product is key to success.
