The Opportunity
As our Consultant you will get outstanding opportunities to work across a range of privately owned clients including entrepreneurial start‑ups, established private businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups to help shape and enhance business strategies and solve tomorrow’s tax problems today. This is a hybrid position based in Perth and can be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advising high‑net‑worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust losses.
- Providing a comprehensive range of tax advisory services to large private owned companies dealing with complex tax matters including exposure to international tax issues.
- Delivering tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
- Providing family advisory services, incorporating succession and estate planning.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- CA qualification (or on the path to completing CA or an equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high‑net‑worth individuals and private family groups.
