Job Title
A Project Manager is required for our Residential Project.
About the Role
* Manage daily site works including supervision and coordination of sub-contractors, materials, plant, and equipment.
* Monitor sub-contractors continually to ensure safe worksite and compliance with HSEQ requirements.
* Oversee the construction program and coordinate project resources.
About You
* A minimum of previous Site Supervision experience is required preferably with a commercial builder.
* A trade background in Carpentry / Building is preferred but not essential.
* You will have a proven track record of driving jobs from start to finish.

* Solid communication skills with ability to motivate and lead teams.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
