Daily Fresh Food Service is a leading distributor in the NSW Food Service market, with two branches based in Sydney and the NSW Central Coast. The business is built on family business values, trust and dedication to customer service.
Role Overview:
Lead the full operations of a high‑volume food wholesale branch. You will oversee daily warehouse and distribution activity, drive sales growth, manage P&L performance, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. This role suits a hands‑on leader with strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven leadership experience in food wholesale, FMCG, distribution, or a similar operational environment
* Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance drivers
* Demonstrated ability to grow sales, build customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities
* Solid operational knowledge across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and food safety standards
* Strong people‑management skills with experience leading diverse teams
* Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and decision‑making abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
Skills and Experience:
* Proven leadership experience in food wholesale, FMCG, distribution, or a similar operational environment.
