Job Title: Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role include screening, evaluating, and providing appropriate services to students with communication disorders that affect educational performance. This will involve consultation with teachers and parents as well as participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
* Significant expertise in working with communication disorders, including evaluation and therapeutic techniques.
* Experience working cooperatively with professionals in related disciplines.
* Demonstrated skill in working with parents, including parent counseling and training.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as human relations skills.
