Kelso Electrical is a growing multi-discipline contractor with over 50+ staff across electrical, civil, communications, energy, fire, security, HVAC and hazardous services.
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator who can take ownership of both winning work and delivering it.
This is a hybrid role - you'll be involved from tender through to completion, across domestic, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, HV and renewable projects.
What you'll do
* Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tenders
* Review drawings, scope, and tender documentation
* Conduct site inspections and cost planning
* Manage projects from award through to completion
* Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractors and budgets
* Manage project financials (forecasting, variations, P&L)
* Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
* Identify value engineering and margin improvement opportunities
What we're looking for
* Electrical estimating and/or project management experience
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction standards
* Commercial mindset (budgets, margins, forecasting)
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience with tools like Aroflo / Bluebeam / MS Suite (preferred)
Desirable
* Electrical Engineering qualification
* ASP Level 1 & 2 / HV experience
* Project management qualifications
