**The role**
We have two newly created 2-year fixed-term contract opportunities for Quality Coordinators to join our Own Brand products in our End-2-End Quality team. We work flexibly, and these roles can be located anywhere within Australia.
**About you**
Ideally, you are an experienced quality professional with expertise in technical food specifications and administration. You thrive in a fast-paced administrative role where you can utilise your keen eye for detail and experience to shape the future of our quality process.
**What a day in the role looks like**
On a daily basis, you will be liaising with suppliers and supporting teams to review and approve grocery labelling across all categories against food specifications and standards.
**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver specifications to meet artwork deadlines
- Ensure full documentation is complete and accurate for total specification approval
- Review proposed work streams and ensure all our claim commitments are captured
- Deliver artwork reviews on time with a one-touch review of all artwork
- Work effectively with the end to end delivery team to manage timelines
- Develop relationships internally and externally with the supplier base and supporting specifications teams
- Update and maintain databases and systems
- Keep up to date with quality, regulation, standards and techniques to effectively deliver the role and support development plans.
- Role-modeling the Woolworths core values.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in quality control/administrative role ideally within the food industry
- Product knowledge e.g. growing, packing, quality standards, logistics, commercial
- Previous experience using retailer specification systems
- Understanding of basic risk management
- Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced culture of change
- Understanding of FSANZ labelling requirements
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
