About RapidClean NT

RapidClean NT (RCNT) is Ironbark's local one-stop-shop for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment located in a purpose-built modern shopfront and warehouse in Berrimah. RCNT places a strong emphasis on employing and training Indigenous Territorians, offering opportunities for upskilling, and collaborating with other divisions of Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation to create pathways for employment.

About the Role

Join Ironbark as an Administration & Sales Assistant in this Indigenous Identified position. The role provides administrative, customer service and sales support to assist the day-to-day operations of RapidClean NT. Responsibilities include reception and showroom activities, sales administration, stock coordination and deliveries, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for customers, suppliers and staff.

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, the position also supports internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you will do

Provide general administrative support, by answering phone and email enquiries, welcoming customers and visitors, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and keeping office and showroom spaces safe, clean and presentable. Order and maintain office supplies and complete general administrative tasks to support business operations.

Support sales and operational activities by processing sales and purchase orders, maintaining accurate sales and delivery records, coordinating stock movements, assisting with warehouse planning and tracking deliveries. The role involves building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders while working collaboratively with the broader team.

We are looking for someone who has


• Experience in sales and administration or a similar role


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems


• Ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines


• Ability to work effectively and independently within a small team environment


• Current NT Driver's Licence


• Ochre Card and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
