The Customised Solutions function within efm focuses on strategically developing new enterprise sales across both our warehousing and transport services.
You will help us grow our footprint across Australia and have a substantial commercial and operational impact on business supply chains.
You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, working with some brilliant individuals, and receive generous earnings through our uncapped commission scheme.This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.Responsibilities:Strategically identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities (Warehousing and 4PL Transport), leveraging existing networks and developing effective sales strategies.Consult and provide supply chain expertise to help improve customers' overall supply chain strategies.Develop a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline, building robust relationships with potential clients.Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer.Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process of new business opportunities, including the preparation and presentation of sales pitches and working through contracts and negotiations.Contribute strategic insights to assist in shaping the future direction of efm.Work cohesively with the Implementation team, ensuring a seamless transition in onboarding new customers.Interstate travel will be required to meet with customers and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business.What we're looking for:Minimum of 7 years' work experience in a comparable sales role within logistics and supply chain management.Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environment.Solid track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding targets.Leadership capabilities and the ability to work autonomously and involve all aspects of the business.Self-motivated with a natural drive to excel and reap rewards.Problem-solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo.Analytical with strong commercial acumen.Confident communicator – both written and verbal.Attractive remuneration scheme with uncapped earning potential.Strong focus on ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and career progression.A dynamic and empowering culture that challenges each other to improve.An opportunity to be part of an industry leader.Modern office space and technology.Company functions and team-building activities to foster connection.Partnership with two charities, volunteering time to make a positive impact locally and internationally.
