This is "fun dining, not fine dining". Think Mediterranean bodega energy: great sherry, wine and beer, a strong snack focus, unfussy food that's big on flavour, cooking over fire, records spinning in the background, and a room that feels alive from the first pour to the last plate.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the menu, the kitchen and the culture from the ground up.

The Role
As HeadChef, you will:
* Create and own the food vision from opening onwards
* Design menus that work seamlessly with thebarand service flow
* Build, lead and develop a tight, talented kitchen team
* Run a calm, organised kitchen with high standards
* Work closely with the wider Mulberry Group team to bring the venue to life
About You
* An experienced HeadChefor a strong Sous ready to step up
* Confident cooking over fire and working with simple, high quality produce
* Passionate about snacks, flavour and feeding people well
* A natural leader who values culture as much as creativity
* Commercially aware, collaborative and ego free
