 
        
        Carinity Home Care – South Coast and Logan are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Support individual to join the team. Reporting directly to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support the Home Care operations, working within a team to administer the day-to-day office activity, manage the roster and be the first contact for all enquiries. Your ability to manage your workload and high level of customer service is critical to your success.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday (8AM – 4PM).
What do I need for the role?
 * Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures.
 * Demonstrated experience in the rostering of staff, including the ability to utilise a computerised rostering system advantageous.
 * Highly developed interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to process high volumes of enquiries with quality outcomes.
 * Experience within the home care industry
 * Certificate / Qualification in Business Administration

Location: Carinity Home Care – South Coast and Logan Carinity Home Care – South Coast and Logan (based in Nerang) provide tailored support to seniors, and those with disability, living on the South Coast and in the Logan River Valley area.
