Knox Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne's east and outer east.
We have a 24/7 Emergency Department covering a full range of medical and surgical specialty areas, including highly complex surgeries. Backed by the latest technology and expertise, we offer 15 theatres, including a hybrid theatre, diagnostic cardiology, two cardiac cath labs and capabilities for cardiothoracic surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology and more.

Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision of the RN.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Act as a role model for Safe Practice.
* Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy.
* Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development.
* Authority to work in Australia.
* Working with Children check.
* Current registration (no restriction) with AHPRA.
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
* Advanced level of clinical skills (desired).
* Previous experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital environment is essential.
* Commitment to quality patient care.
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sound clinical decision making and problem‐solving skills.
* Able to work on our rotational roster.
Qualifications
* Authority to work in Australia.
* Working with Children check.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
* Advanced level of clinical skills (desired).
* Previous experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital environment.

Additional Information
Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment. Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
