THE ROLE
Handle telephone enquiries and bookings from travel agents and direct customers
Offer exceptional service levels to all customers
Up sell additional touring options
Handle amendments and cancellations to bookings as required
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process
Inspire clients with your destination knowledge and passion
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience in retail or wholesale travel
Strong communications skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong organisational skills
Great attention to detail
