ROC (pronounced "rock") is a proudly Australian, family-owned footwear brand with a rich boot-making heritage, operating since the 1990s.
As the business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, photo shoots, and influencer partnerships across all three ROC brands: ROC Street, ROC School, and ROC Youth.
The role will also require travel to support content shoots, brand events, and campaign projects across Australia and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and KPI's.
* Manage day-to-day communications with influencers and agencies.
* Support brand PR activity and earned media opportunities across campaigns and launches.
* Support the planning, coordination and on-ground execution of brand activations and marketing events.
* Support campaign photoshoots end-to-end, including creative concept planning, talent sourcing, casting, garment preparations, styling coordination, on-set support, and working alongside the Social Media & Content Coordinator to execute content capture.
* Support community management by building rapport with our customer base, as well as our brand partners.
* Provide support with email marketing, including content planning and scheduling, assisting with campaign coordination and execution as required.
* Assist with basic website maintenance and marketing-led audits, including product copy reviews, site content checks and campaign/sale updates.
* Track and report on campaign and project performance.
* Collaborate with the content coordinator to plan and test trend-led content across all brands.
ABOUT YOU
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications.
* Experience managing organic and paid influencer collaborations.
* Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
* Experience supporting and coordinating brand photoshoots and content shoots.
* Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate outcomes clearly.
* Confident in managing multiple projects at once.
* Hold a valid driver's licence.
