Located at The Alfred The Department We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to lead and drive compliance excellence in our Payroll Services team. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our governance, reduce risk, and ensure every employee is paid accurately and on time. The Role Reporting to the Deputy Director Payroll Services: Lead the payroll compliance and governance program of work Oversee auditing frameworks and payroll data integrity Interpret and apply complex award and enterprise agreement conditions Support Single Touch Payroll reconciliation and backpay calculations Mentor a Compliance Analyst and influence compliance culture across the function Why Join Us?
