You'll be joining a team known for its strong culture, supportive environment, and great reputation in the industry. We offer genuine career growth, learning opportunities, and a workplace that values collaboration and celebrates success.
We're currently looking for Senior Account Executives (x2) to join our Tuggerah branch, supporting the delivery of high-quality client service while taking on greater responsibility across portfolio management and broking activities.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting Account Managers and Team Leaders while also taking greater ownership of your own portfolio and client relationships.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll be exposed to a broad range of clients and responsibilities, with opportunities to further develop your broking capability.
* Managing and servicing a portfolio of SME or domestic clients
* Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of currency
* Supporting the preparation of renewal reports, submissions and insurance recommendations
* Liaising with insurers and clients to manage day-to-day enquiries and negotiations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting portfolio growth through cross-selling opportunities and client engagement
* Assisting with claims coordination to ensure positive client outcomes
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members and broking support staff
* Assisting with workflow coordination, debtor management and maintaining service standards
You may also have the opportunity to attend client meetings alongside brokers, building your exposure and confidence in client-facing situations.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from a traditional Account Executive role and take on more responsibility, while still working within a supportive team structure.
About You
You're an experienced Account Executive or Broker Support professional who is ready to take the next step, with a strong foundation in broking and a proactive approach to your work.
You will also demonstrate:
* Previous experience in insurance broking, ideally 3–4 years within SME or domestic portfolios
* Strong technical understanding of general insurance products and processes
* Proven ability to manage client servicing and insurer interactions with increasing independence
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and outcomes
* Confidence mentoring or supporting junior team members
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
You enjoy being hands-on, building relationships, and continuing to grow your career within a supportive and high-performing team.
