Property & Facilities Manager Role
A broad, hands-on position covering both property and facilities management across the portfolio. You'll manage tenant relationships, lease compliance, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and financial reporting — all within a supportive, owner-managed environment.
Required
* Proven experience across both property and facilities management work streams for NON-RESIDENTIAL assets; ideally industrial or large-scale asset experience
* Strong understanding of building compliance, lease administration, tenant management, and NSW property legislation
* Experience with tenant engagement, property budgets, financial reporting, and real estate software such as MRI
