We currently have opportunities for a Senior Administration Supervisor. In this position you will be responsible for all onsite day to day administration operations from payroll to flight and accommodation bookings for all staff. In this position you will supervise a team on a remote site.
**Key Duties**
- Coach and develop others

- Implement ESS brand standards

- Maintain personal presentation standards
- SAMS system management - site access bookings, flight bookings & manifest generation.
- Payroll and invoicing
- Communicate with site teams information relating to Site Access (SAMS)
- Maintain administrative records and complete data entry
- Management of KPI within the team
**The Person**
- Experience in Hospitality Management
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Flexible approach and attitude
- FIFO Experience in a similar role
