About the opportunity
The Centre for Continuing Education team is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to provide a broad range of general administrative and client services support.
In this role, you will utilise strong administrative and organisational skills to coordinate and undertake a range of activities on an ongoing basis. The role requires proactive and timely management of incoming enquiries and outbound client contact, will apply an understanding of the prospective clients' learning and development needs in order to assist them with progressing to an enrolment. Other administrative duties will be performed as required.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* deliver onsite daily administrative activities and services via telephone, email and in person, ensuring that professional and timely support is provided to staff, facilitators, students, clients, and visitors
* provide advice, guidance, and information to students about CCE's course offerings. This ranges from providing course-specific information to making suggestions and/or recommendations regarding the suitability of specific courses
* process enrolments, payments, credit notes, vouchers, refunds and requests for invoices
* liaise with debtors and creditors to ensure there are no overdue payments
* perform work activities relevant to the role's key accountabilities as approved by the Manager and commensurate to the role's classification level.
About you
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement
* ability to prioritise workload during busy periods
* well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills.
