You will join a tight-knit team, leading a capable and tenured group while building robust forecasting processes that underpin the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities Establish and manage the end-to-end demand planning process.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using internal data and market trends.
Lead a small team across VIC and NSW.
Improve and digitise current Excel-based models using ERP (NetSuite).
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
Monitor and report on KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.
Identify supply risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
About You You're an experienced demand or supply planning professional with a track record of working in agile, fast-moving environments.
You're proactive, commercially aware, and eager to take ownership of a critical function within a growing business.
You will bring 5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations.
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and high proficiency in Excel.
Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
Background in FMCG or similarly fast-paced sectors preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence working cross-functionally and managing key internal stakeholders.
A hands-on, adaptable approach with a focus on delivery and improvement.
What you\'ll get in return You\'ll receive a competitive salary of AUD 120,000 to 130,000 plus super in a full-time, permanent role based 5 days per week on-site in Kensington.
This position offers the chance to lead a small team of three, report directly to the Head of Supply Chain, and shape a new demand planning function within a fast-growing, collaborative business.
