An exciting opportunity has become available for a Buyer’s Associate to join a highly respected Buyer’s Agency based in Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys researching property opportunities and wants to work alongside experienced property professionals helping clients secure the right property. You will play a key role supporting the Lead Buyer’s Agent throughout the entire purchasing process, gaining valuable exposure to the Brisbane property market and developing strong negotiation and client management skills. As the Buyer’s Associate, you will support the end-to-end purchasing process while working closely with clients, agents and industry professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Senior Buyer’s Agent with property searches, market research and sourcing off-market opportunities Attending property inspections, open homes and appraisals across Brisbane Preparing property reports, suburb analysis and investment summaries for clients Liaising with selling agents, brokers, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the purchasing process Supporting negotiations and assisting with due diligence on shortlisted properties Managing CRM updates, buyer briefs and general administration related to property acquisitions About You: Passionate about property and the Brisbane real estate market Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Proactive, driven and eager to learn from experienced industry professionals Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Real Estate Certificate or currently working towards obtaining one (preferred) What’s on Offer: Work alongside highly experienced Buyer’s Agents in a growing business Exposure to a wide range of property transactions and investment strategies Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Clear pathway to progress into a Buyer’s Agent role A dynamic role where no two days are the same If you are motivated to build a career in the property industry and want to learn from some of the best in the business, we would love to hear from you.
