About the role
As a Parts Interpreter / Counter Sales at Worthington Ag Parts Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by interpreting customers' needs and sourcing the right parts for their machinery. This full-time role is based in our Dubbo NSW office, where you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the broader sales and operations functions.
What you'll be doing
1. Engaging with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their parts requirements and provide solutions
2. Utilising our extensive parts catalogues and inventory to accurately identify and source the necessary parts
3. Providing timely and reliable order fulfilment, ensuring parts are delivered to customers on time
4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and orders
5. Assisting with inventory management and restocking as required
6. Contributing to a positive, customer-focused team environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer-facing parts or counter sales role, ideally within the agricultural or heavy equipment industries
2. Strong product knowledge and the ability to interpret technical specifications
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
4. Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues
6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
