Paint Co. is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Operations & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
This role will support our administration team and Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination, travel bookings, scheduling assistance, data entry, and general business support.
We’re looking for someone with a great attitude who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
* Booking travel and accommodation for site teams
* Assisting with scheduling and operational coordination
* Data entry and maintaining internal systems
* Supporting the Operations Manager with daily tasks
* General administrative and light personal assistant duties
* Assisting with project documentation and closeouts
* Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Helping improve organisation and workflow processes
About You
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills
* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
* Previous administration experience is a bonus but not essential
