The Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our software licensing team in Canberra on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid work options available.
* Provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve sales targets by:
* Responding promptly to all internal and external queries
* Preparing accurate and timely quotations using Portal and other applications
* Assisting with sales proposal preparation and input of tenders
* Creating and distributing customer price lists
* Managing portal pricing input and maintenance
* Reviewing back order reports and addressing order fulfillment issues
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationships
* Supporting forecasting, account planning, and debtor management
* Attending trade and customer events as relevant
* Sourcing, quoting, and supplying products to maximize competitiveness and revenue, understanding supplier preferences
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration or customer support roles within an ICT environment; Microsoft experience is essential
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Proven history of ethical business practices
* Knowledge of IT products
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including MS Office (Word & Excel) and internet skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
