The Role
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Build-to-Rent community
* Deliver a high-end resident experience focused on retention and engagement
* Coordinate maintenance and ensure the property is presented to a premium standard
* Manage lease renewals, resident enquiries, and compliance requirements
* Conduct routine inspections and uphold operational standards
* Work collaboratively with leasing, facilities, and management teams
* Ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
* Support community events and resident engagement initiatives
About You
* 5+ years' experience in Property Management, Residential Management, or Build-to-Rent
* Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence
* Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, proactive, and resident-focused approach
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
