About the Role
As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will be offered a permanent position within our Health, Safety and Training teams, gaining hands-on experience in safety management across multiple mine sites. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting line management to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement health and safety initiatives, management systems, and strategy
* Participating in risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management processes
* Supporting assurance and auditing activities
* Contributing to health and safety programs, initiatives, and training
* Assisting in emergency management planning and response
* Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

Graduate Development

About You
You will be:
* Qualified with a tertiary qualification in health, safety, occupational hygiene, or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
* Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
