Key responsibilities for this role include delivering high-level support to management, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring seamless communication between the team and its internal and external stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support including diary, travel, and correspondence management.
* Coordinating office workflows, committee support, and financial tasks.
* Assisting with events, reporting, and minor project administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or associate diploma and relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
* Proficient in computer operation, including business software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email) and corporate information systems.
* Able to operate in a cooperative and collaborative team-based environment, contributing to team goals, KPIs, and project outcomes.
* A current driver's license.
* A Working with Children check.
