**The Opportunity**
As an **Executive Assistant**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO) office. You will provide high-level administrative and executive support, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic leadership priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Executive Support**: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements. 
- **Communication Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for communications with the CEO's office, ensuring timely and efficient information flow with internal and external stakeholders. 
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**: Organise meetings and events, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and logístical arrangements. Take minutes as needed and ensure seamless execution. 
- **Travel Coordination**: Plan and manage the CEO's travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation. 
- **Document and File Management**: Maintain organised and easily accessible records and files for the CEO's office. 
- **Special Project Support**: Assist with the coordination and administration of special projects, including preparing reports and tracking progress. 
- **Stakeholder Engagement Assistance**: Support the CEO in engaging with partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders by scheduling meetings and preparing relevant materials.
