About the opportunity
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses in the Mid North Coast region to join our Patient Transport Services team. There are multiple Casual positions available. If you're looking to gain some invaluable experience working as an independent nurse, we'd like to hear from you.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding nursing care to our patients. You will oversee the preparation of patient transport vehicles, manually assist patients to and from vehicles, and monitor patients throughout the duration of each trip. You will also work closely with other members of staff to ensure a seamless service for our patients and customers.
Due to operational requirements, there will be instances where you be required travel to another hub within the Mid North Coast region and will be required upon notice.
Preferred candidates are required to be successfully fit tested to an approved respirator prior to gaining employment with Patient Transport Services. The testing will be arranged and booked through Patient Transport Services during the recruitment process. Successful candidates must maintain a cleanly shaven face to obtain an adequate seal to the approved fit tested respiratory throughout their employment.
