Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Disposition Lead to join our team at HCLTech in Australia and New Zealand. In this crucial role, you will lead data assessment, planning, and execution for site closure activities, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient data disposition, archiving, retirement, and disposal.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Planning and Risk Management: Lead the development of data planning, documentation, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Compliance and Governance: Oversee data migration, archiving, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
* Data Disposition Strategies: Develop long-term data disposition strategies that support business continuity and ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data management.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in data governance, records management, or IT system retirement.
* Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and archiving best practices, including GMP, GxP, and retention policies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making.
This is a mid-senior level position working full-time. The ideal candidate will have the right to work in Australia and be part of our Information Technology and Consulting team serving the IT Services and IT Consulting, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Retail Pharmacies industries.
