About The Role
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our internal operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our sales, technical, and finance teams to deliver high-quality support to both customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately
Coordinate with suppliers and track order progress
Provide admin support to sales, operations, and technical teams
Liaise with finance and other departments to keep everything aligned
Keep records and systems accurate and up to date (ERP, CRM, etc.)
