Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage relationships with customers to increase market share
2. Maintain brand presence through effective communication and call cycles with channel partners and electrical contractors
3. Identify areas for improvement, working with support functions to deliver exceptional customer experience
4. Maintain customer insights through CRM
5. Develop and manage the sales pipeline
6. Be technically product & solution-minded - Experience in the electrical or technology industry is beneficial
7. Provide product training and presentation skills
8. Apply problem-solving abilities
9. Work independently and as part of a team
