Haz-Ed is seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality roof safety and OH&S solutions across WA.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you'll be involved from estimate and tender stage through to project coordination and delivery.

Role Summary
Position: Estimator / Project Coordinator
Location: Wangara, Perth WA
Type: Full Time
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
Review drawings, scopes, and technical documentation
Coordinate projects post-award, including scheduling and resourcing
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and manage project documentation (plans, SWMS, checklists, reports)
Track progress, variations, and timelines
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
Experience as an Estimator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly Regarded
Experience with roof safety systems or OH&S environments
Knowledge of working at heights requirements
Experience with estimating or project management software i.e SimPro
