DRA Global Limited, a multinational organization, is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead the company's ethics, business conduct, and compliance activities.

The successful candidate will drive and facilitate a pragmatic and effective compliance program, communicate and implement a compliance management strategy and annual plan, enable compliance in areas including business conduct, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption, conflicts of interest, human rights and modern slavery, foreign market entry, privacy and data, and whistleblower protection.

Main Responsibilities:

* Drive and facilitate a pragmatic and effective Group compliance program.
">
* Communicate and implement a compliance management strategy and annual plan.
">
* Enable Group compliance in areas including business conduct, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption, conflicts of interest, human rights and modern slavery, foreign market entry, privacy and data, and whistleblower protection.
">
* Facilitate compliance risk management to assess, prioritise and manage compliance risks across the Group.
">
* Lead the Group's global third-party governance and risk management.
">
* Facilitate compliance breach investigations (when required), maintaining and analysing Group breach data / registers.

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will possess a Tertiary Degree in law, business, commerce or similar, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritise varying demands from the function.
