About The Role
We are seeking a Receptionist / Residential Sales Administrator to join our Launceston Real Estate office on a part-time basis (3 days a week – 15-20 hours a week) on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a varied role that will see you manage Reception, support our sales team, preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities
* Providing reception duties for the Elders Launceston Office.
* Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
* Preparing marketing materials
* Database management
* General administrative support
About You
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
* Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
* A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
