About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Transformation and Delivery Manager to join our Commercial portfolio and support the delivery of process optimisation initiatives that unlock ongoing efficiency in our processes and systems.
You'll work closely with us to develop new business initiatives, implement continuous improvement programs, and drive strategic process efficiency opportunities.
About Your Skills
We're looking for someone with:
* 5+ years of project management experience in delivering large-scale transformations and cost savings.
* Strong prioritisation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of operational drivers of financial performance, including cost management.
* A proven track record of planning and implementing retail/business projects and change initiatives.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
