3. Organize events, including venue bookings, catering, travel, and logistics, to create memorable experiences.
4. Manage sponsorship and donation documentation in line with company policy, ensuring compliance.
5. Assist with product launches and other key marketing projects, driving business growth.
6. Order and distribute promotional materials and sales tools, maintaining a professional image.
7. Provide general administrative support, including travel bookings, purchase orders, reporting, and pricing updates, ensuring efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate records, customer data, and internal systems, utilizing tools like Salesforce.
9. Support the onboarding of new team members, fostering a positive work environment.
10. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.
