u&u is partnering with a large organisation to recruit a superstar Personal Assistant role. In this role, you will support two partners with a wide range of tasks.
This is a full time, permanent role with work from home.
**The Role**:
**In this role, you will**:
Proactively manage calendars;
Schedule meetings, appointments and conferences;
Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue booking, travel arrangements and preparation of necessary documents and materials;
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions;
Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Assist with organising events from small to large scale;
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation; and
General administration tasks as required by the team.
**About you**:
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
A minimum of two years' experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably in a large organisation;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail;
The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with discretion and judgement;
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation;
Tech savvy with MS Office and preferably experience with Google software; and
Proactive and resourceful approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
