Explore a fulfilling role as a Program Support Officer with a focus on providing excellent project and administration support in activities ranging from utilising the Microsoft Office suite, contribute to preparation of reports, responding to correspondence, managing team inboxes, coordinating meetings and workshops, researching and drafting documents.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management.
* Enjoy working within a collaborative team environment to achieve outcomes to support communities of NSW.
* Proven high quality writing, communication and administration skills
* Be flexible to work weekdays, weekends (up to two weekends a month), and evenings at a variety of locations across NSW including rapid re-deployment to any part of NSW for several days, weekends and night work.
* Have thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes and/or willingness to obtain competence within 6 months.

1. Describe your experience in providing positive customer service to volunteers for changes being implemented. In your response, describe how you applied new skills and developed new strengths, and how you remained motivated when tasks became difficult.
2. Problem solving, thinking on your feet, and demonstrating sound experience in the Microsoft 365 suite will be a daily requirement for this position. Please provide an example of how you used technology to deliver requirements in a project you were working on, describing how you solved problems that arose, how you managed your time to meet deadlines, and the end result(s) delivered.
