We’re growing fast and are now looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Support Officer to join our team in Carole Park.About The RoleThis hands-on, onsite role will involve providing essential desktop and IT support to our team. It’s a fast-paced position with growth opportunities, offering active mentorship and guidance from our IT Manager. If you're passionate about IT and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoProvide Level 1–2 technical support across hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a Windows-based environmentSupport end users and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) and business systems including SharePointLiaise with our service provider to set up and onboard new users, including provisioning devices, accounts, and access to systemsMaintain and improve IT infrastructure, including asset management, system configuration, and documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IT operationsLiaise with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT services and supportAssist with IT security and compliance, including WHS, data integrity, and internal quality standardsContribute to and lead assigned IT projects under the guidance of the IT ManagerWhat We’re Looking ForA qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (TAFE diploma or university degree)Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, help desk, or desktop support roleSolid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common IT hardwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely, effective supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and liaise with stakeholdersOrganised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learnWhat We Are Offering9-day fortnight (every second Friday off for a long weekend!)A supportive and collaborative team environment.Realistic work targets.Weekly BBQs and monthly birthday celebrations.High focus on team member development.Extensive support for learning new skills and professional growthAccess to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and family support.Ready to Join Us?If you’re passionate about IT support and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
