About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Authorisation Officer to join our team in Morwell. As a key member of the Housing Call Centre (HCC) team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality maintenance services for public housing across Victoria.

* Coordinate maintenance requests and complaints from renters.
">
* Liaise with contractors and manage community property maintenance.
">
* Support maintenance for Disability Homes Victoria and Care Services.
">
* Lead welfare calls for renters aged 75+ through the Keeping in Touch (KIT) program.
">
* Provide administrative support and process applications for the Victorian Housing Register.
">

About You
">
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to interpret and explain technical information. Your experience in property assessment, maintenance coordination, or a similar technical role will be highly valued.

* Familiarity with customer service databases.

* Strong data entry, administrative, and stakeholder engagement skills.
