We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Nutritionist. As a Clinical Nutritionist, you will work closely with individuals to assess their nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, and educate them on healthy eating habits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs, taking into account their medical history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle factors.
* Meal Planning: Develop customized meal plans and dietary recommendations that align with patients' specific health goals, medical conditions, and cultural considerations.
* Nutritional Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to patients, offering guidance on making healthier food choices, managing weight, and addressing specific dietary concerns.
* Educational Support: Educate patients on the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on overall health. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help patients adhere to their dietary plans.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, assessments, and progress. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Certification: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification. Evidence of maintaining active licensure and staying up-to-date with continuing education requirements.
* Experience: Previous experience working as a Clinical Dietician is highly desirable. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
* A driver's license.
* NDIS experience desirable but not essential.
* NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain.
