Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Commercial is responsible for driving revenue growth across SEAPA, with primary accountability for the Australian market.
This is a hands‐on, execution‐focused commercial leadership role and must ensure strong alignment between market demand and manufacturing capability.
Key Responsibilities
* The lead salesperson and Business Development Manager for Australia & New Zealand
* The driver of the global sales process and CRM discipline
* The primary support of the international sales teams
* The "conduit" between sales and production for demand planning
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrated ability to build and execute structured sales processes
* Experience in the effective use of CRM systems
* Proven track record in operating across domestic and international markets
* Strong negotiation and relationship‐building capabilities
* Comfortable operating within a manufacturing‐backed product environment
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
You will also be a values‐based individual, particularly regarding accountability, responsiveness and teamwork. Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desired, but not essential. An attractive remuneration package will be offered commensurate with demonstrated experience and performance.
