A competitive salaryGenerous employee discounts on adidas productCareer development with an iconic global sports brandThe Stock Room Specialist at Sydney Brand Centre supports the Stockroom Manager in all Stockroom Operational needs and delivering a Premium Stockroom Model for our Store Team.Our Sydney Brand Centre showcases an elevated store concept and is the pinnacle of the adidas Retail experiences for adidas consumers as it relates premium level sales & customer service, people, training & product knowledge, operations, visual merchandising & activation.
Responsibilities Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experienceSupports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom modelRepresent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful wayDrives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Brand Flagship StoreDemonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability and efficiencySupports and coordinates the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team to maximise resources appropriately for efficient receipt of productsSustains integrity of inventory within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures as well as undertaking weekly inventory cycle countsTransfers stock accurately and efficiently to other stores according to requirements communicated by District Manager and Retail Merchandise teamSupports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals Experience Experience in the following will be highly regarded:Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear Application Press the "Apply" button and follow the instructions.
