The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the success and operation of Ecosa's physical retail store at Nunawading. This role involves assisting with team leadership, sales optimization, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The primary objective is to help deliver a 'wow' customer experience and ensure a profitable operation that reflects Ecosa's brand values and dedication to better sleep.
